In the event that your order, or a part of it, is missing, incomplete, faulty or damaged your first step should be to contact our Customer Service team and tell them what has happened. They will then advise you of the next step for your specific situation. DO NOT RETURN any item before contacting us.
If your order hasn't arrived, you can check its status online. You can do this by logging into your account, and checking the 'MY ORDER HISTORY' page. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please contact us.
Please Note: If you've ordered more than one item, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please do contact us.
