Delivery

INTRODUCTION

In order to calculate the delivery cost of your order we use prices from a variety of postal companies, including Royal Mail and independent couriers.

Depending on the value, size and delivery country of your order, we will offer you the most economical postal options at the checkout.  We’ll also tell you how far away you are from the Free Delivery options (if applicable).

Using a variety of postal services we can ensure that you pay the least amount for your specific order, but have the greatest number of choices with regard to delivery.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Below we provide an overview of each delivery service we offer, but if you would like more information about a specific issue please contact our Customer Service team.

FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders

Delivery times in the UK are usually within 1-2 working day of dispatch. Orders received before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

Next Day Guaranteed UK Delivery before 1PM

Orders must be received by 3pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) in order to ensure you receive your items by 1pm the following day.

European Standard Delivery

Delivery times in Europe are usually within 3-5 working day of dispatch. Orders received before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability. Prices start from £5.95

European Tracked Delivery

For higher value order we offer a tracked Royal Mail delivery service in Europe with delivery times of 3-5 working day of dispatch. Orders received before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability. 

For urgent orders we also offer a DHL Express service which delivers in 1-2 working days. Prices start from £14.00. Orders received before 11am, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

International Tracked & Signed Delivery

We offer two tracked and signed-for delivery services to the USA, Canada and many other worldwide destinations:

- Royal Mail International delivery is usually within 5-7 days of dispatch. Prices start from £5.95 and are based on weight. Orders received before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

- DHL Express delivery offer a next working day service for the majority of destinations but can take up to two days in certain areas. Prices start from £17.50 for any size order. Orders received before 11am, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

LASTLY

• We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same day, Monday to Friday, subject to availability
• In most cases delivery times in the UK are within 1-2 working days of dispatch, but may on occasion take up to 3 working days
• Delivery usually occurs Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5.30pm
• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but won't incur additional delivery charges as a result
• On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published time windows
• We will attempt to consolidate deliveries into as few packages as possible. If items are not available or due to stock shortage we will contact you to inform you of any changes which may affect delivery of your goods
• If your package is returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery and the items were sent with complimentary postage we will refund the order value deducting the cost of the postage.
